Few Sites - Offers Please

Hi guys I am listing my first series of sites for interest. Have not decided on BIN yet for these, and will look at any reasonable offers for the next 4 days. I have to visit a very sick relative so will only get to check online a couple of times in the next 24 hrs, but will respond to all inquiries.

1. www.scamwatcher.info

Product just listed on clickbank in 3 categories, was number one listed in one of those categories yesterday. When initial testing was completed in September last year site was listed and promoted through to December, with 31 sales of the book at $37 a copy - no refunds. I now have an advertiser on the site as well, with revenue at $30 a month from the one banner ad.

Book researched and written by me. All original and active links for genuine online jobs.

2. www.top10-webhosts.info

Adsense, all affiliate links (2 sales at $75 and $100) plus advertising from ethan2rock at $30 a month as well. All unique content, and more to come.

3. www.spinitoncemore.com

Original adsense site which has earned $6.87 in revenue from adsense. Also has ebay listings on relevant products.

4. www.aceslegacy.com/birdwatch

New site almost complete. Will have ebook (Selling at $17) and adsense, as is already on site. This is almost complete and should be finished in a few days. have not secured a domain name for this site as yet.

They are all up for reasonable offer. The scamwatcher site reached $250 on sitepoint recently, and I decided to let it pass in and list the book on Clickbank. It is now listed.

I will check the renewal dates for you and get back to you. I am sure they are July this year for spinitoncemore, and 2010 for scamwatcher, although it may be the other way around. i am in the middle of shifting house, so my usualy computer is disconnected at present.

Hi mountaingoat, (love the name). Thanks for your interest. All sales for this site have occured in the last 3-4 weeks, as this is the time the site has been live online. I was running it off a sub directory whilst I was building it up.

The price is open to offers at this time, and as you will see "britishidol" has offered $200, so I guess thats a good gauge as to the initial value of the site.

i britichidol2008 and thanks for your indicator as to your perveived value in the site. Yes the domain name will be transferred to your name, as will any images, graphics and items that may require a transfer of ownership. The domain name is only new (registered in February 2009) and is paid up for 12 months.
Tha maintenance cost is negligable in that the only real maintenance is the additional articles and content that you may wish to add. I would also be dedicating some time to traffic generation, and private advertising sales.

Yes you will need to apply your adsense ID to the adsense and also apply for an affiliate account with each of the hosting companies. This is all easy stuff, and I will assist where necessary to allow for a smooth changeover. I am happy to update on a regular basis, and I would do this in the way of articles and other content. I am not sure about the $30 but I will work out a couple of packages, and send you a PM. You may want to include directory submissions, forum posting, etc - and maybe advertising sources, as things that I would assist with.
