20,000+ visits p/m, $200-300 p/m, 5000-6000 backlinks (No Reserve, CHEAP!)

This is a site I established almost a year ago for fun, in that time it has brought me considerable revenue ($200-300 p/m) however I'm getting bored of managing it and updating and simply I want to allocate my time to my other projects. So as long as I get a semi reasonable price I will sell, I tried selling it a while ago, but payment didn't go through.

I have hardly touched it since December 08, with maybe one new post every week or so but the income has been pretty steady. Income primarily comes from Adsense and private advertising, however as I said this was not my primary focus.

The alexa rank was as low as 150,000 during November and December 08, but I stopped focusing and it dropped.

The hosting costs are really cheap at only $12 per year and I haven't had any problems yet, you can either take over my host or transfer it over to yours.

I can see it being difficult to come in as a new owner.
Also, where are you getting these posts from. At times I can see atleast two a day, did you write them? Are they original.
What promotion are you doing on this blog, and what did you do in July to make uniques jump from 91 to 1134 and then again in Sep - Oct another huge jump.

Personally, I don't think my audience really focuses on who writes the posts, because there have been a few written by a friend of mine. ("george")

I write the majority of the posts myself which are original, however at times I use some PLR articles.

Until August I didn't actually have a proper site (the blog), it was just a little community forum and flash site. This can account for the little traffic. In August I removed the old site and established the current blog and started promoting. It's grown ever since.

I haven't done any promotion in a few months because the blog pretty much promotes itself now. However, I used to submit articles, comment on blogs, forums, use social bookmarks etc.

Why PR0 with 5000 backlinks? Is there some kind of penalty?

 

I'm not sure actually, it does great in the SERPS. Maybe the PR hasn't updated yet.
