WTH: Need A Flash Menu Fixed ASAP!!!

    I need a flash drop menu fixed you can see it here:

    I need it to drop down just like how I have it but the links and the drop down have to work correctly.

    So when you go over it you can choose between a few different links and they each have a simple color change hover on the text.

    Pretty easy job!!!

    My budget is $10 -$15 Need it ASAP.
