    do you have the resell rights of these tutorials or you are just downloading them off warez forums and trying to sell here?

    They don't even allow downloading of their tutorial but people somehow manage to download them and post on warez. I have seen almost all tutorials of lynda on warez forums.

    those arent warez i pay 250$ yearly for my membership
    my resell application has not been approved yet .
    besides of that who can offer the best tutorials of photoshop for 10$ ?? believe me they deserve it

    Well if you don't have resell rights, it's same as warez and you can't sell them. Isn't that pretty simple?

    You bought it I agree but you don't have the resell rights. And I'm damn sure it is against Lynda's policies to download their tutorials (which you did) and if they come to know they can BAN your account.

    And yes this is warez because you don't have resell rights.
