    How much do you think that a PR5 site is worth? it's a blog, it has a very firm pagerank and about 1000 backlinks.

    Really depends upon traffic, revenue generated, user database, topic .... PR is great, but price is determined by a wealth of other things.

    How old is the site? Is it in the wayback archives as the same site from when the domain was first registered, or was it dropped and made into a different site? How much money does it make?
