Its a few months old, I bought it for my girlfriend and she doesn't want to run it anymore. Site is using prestashop CMS which is open source and easy to modify.

Domain is reg at namealerts, free push to your name alerts account.

Site made a bit of money, we were spending $5 or so a week on adwords in the beginning of November.


We are paying 28 British pounds per 13 month card which equals about $45 USD. We sell the cards for $48 USD making $3-4 Profit per sale. I didn't have the money to buy the codes in bulk ( I would have got them for much less then 28 GBP ) So I just bought then as the orders came in.

( i noticed i wrote 23 pounds, should have said 28. Sorry )

The site has a few backlinks ( Maybe 15-20 ) To advertise I just used adwords

Edited to add: if you have an xbox 360 you're familiar with the price of the live card which retail for $50-60 USD
So people buying these from you are definitely saving some cash and they dont need to leave their house to do it.

You mentioned that you spend 28GBP per code, so does this mean that the codes are for the UK only, or can you buy UA/CAN codes as well?

what if we want to get 100 of them. how much would that come upto.. atleast tell us the chart

 

Codes are from the UK but they work worldwide. I used on here in Canada and sent one to a friend in the US
also, any bulk purchase deals will have to be worked out with the supplier. I dont have any charts or anything

 

Once the code has been paid for, does the code go out automatically to the buyer, or is it a manual process via email? Also, the $3-$4 profit, is that after everything....paypal fees, advertising and codes or are you talking gross profit?

Codes are send via email, so its all a manual process. Yes, it's 3-4 after paypal fees and everything. The retail prices for the these cards are up to $60 in some places, so you have a little bit of room to adjust your prices.
you wouldn't want an automated process anyways, too much risk of fraud
