selling Choseit.com! Multi blogging, highly customised, 800 members

Okay im selling my biggest site, choseit.com, the website is over a year old (18 months ish) currently gets 25k traffic from all the blogs currently on, automatic plugins are set so that every blog backlinks to the main page, an onsite directory keeps track of bloggers that are actually planning seo (which is good to know since theyll be good pr for the main site later).

There are many customised plugins that even the dev team would like their hands on, such as a plugin that allows google ads palced on every post and in the sidebar of all blogs with revenue share or without with colour changes made by the user to make it compatible.

The site is a customised theme that cost me over $100 and the site is a PR 2, it ranks fairly well for keywords such as "create a free blog" and make a free blog but since going to university last year i have not been putting in much to any seo work as i usually do. And also maintaing the site has become more difficult.

In terms of profitability.... well if you force ads on people you'll probably make loads but my ethics dont really feel like that, currently ads are optional to each user (easily removed).

Im looking for serious buyers and ill give SS of traffic to people who give a good bid, in terms of methods of cash i used neverblueads and used affiliate competitions where users filled in 3 offers to get a free domain name. Ive used this once and made $55.
