We have never done any promotion on it except for a few forum posts so the traffic could definitely be increased if someone wants to promote this site. I have attached a screenshot of the webalizer stats.

We never tracked the adsense stats so don't bother asking how much it's made. The value in this site is it's domain and the fact that is completely unique.

Steam - Sorry, no offense, but the starting bid 'is what it is' regardless of what you think about the value. I think the price for this site should be based on much more than the traffic or revenue. If you simply consider the domain name itself plus the fact that the buyer will have a completely unique site than the starting bid is well worth it. Plus I have already had a private bid for $50 to start things off and I am also considering a BIN offer that is much more than what you are offering.

xtremenitro911 - I am not selling the script by itself as some of the value of this site is the fact that we are selling a unique site that will not be replicated. Also the domain name is a premium domain name for this type of site.

Just to be clear we have a starting bid of $50 via PM. We are also in negotiations with someone who offered a private BIN offer as well so we cannot guarantee this will be available for much longer.

Steam - Yes the script is 100% unique and will be given to the buyer completely unencrypted so they can do whatever they wish with it. For those who do not have an understanding of php we are also willing to work out creating an easy to edit admin area or make some adjustments to the site for a small fee.

Quite ironic that a site 'findmypagerank' doesn't actually have a page rank itself!

 

It really isn't that ironic. We never claimed to have performed any work on the site that would help our pagerank at all. That is one of the reasons we are selling it. We do not have the time to properly promote it so we are selling to someone who might be interested in doing that. Furthermore, if it did have pagerank we would likely be asking for a lot more money

Lets face it the domain is outstanding and the script running the site is completely unique.

By the way, just so everyone knows, we are currently working on adding an easy to edit admin area so if someone buys this and they do not have knowledge of php they will be able to easily edit the template, admin settings, adsense id and more.
