WTB: Sites earning 5000$ to 10,000$ Per Month

I got funds which are of no use for me at the moment and I would like to invest them to get life time earnings. I want to buy a site which makes 5000$ to 10,000$ per month without much maintanance.

I will buy only:

1. Sites with proper proofs.
2. Sites having good google rankings.
3. Site having good alexa ranking.
4. Site with good and organic traffic.


I wont buy:

1. Adult or illegal sites.
2. Sites which insults any community or religion.
3. Sites which dont have proper proofs.



I will only buy sites after proving adsense revenue. If you agree with my offer for your site and we are ready to deal after all investigations then you will have to place my Google ads on your site for 24 hours to test revenue.
