    Ok...

    I got the invite

I installed the code on sites aside from the primary domain

    BUT

Things aren't adding up in analytics.

Its been about a week, stats are appearing in analytics, but they don't reflect the stats that appear in my adsense reports. Anyone else had/have this issue?

First, make sure that you have applied the analytics code to the proper location. Second, do not confuse terminology and understand difference in visits, pageviews, unique. Third, multichannel domains with multiple ads displayed may skew total calculations never base your calculations on AdSense display count.

Well, I'm basing this on aggregate data (total earnings) versus analytics total earnings for the same domains. I know how to read the reports.

Some things I've found out: Disregard the earnings from Link Units in your Adsense control panel. You can select to view earnings by Ad Unit, Link Unit, and Combined. Analytics is ONLY measuring Ad Units.

After having taken that into consideration, the values are much closer, but still not the same. The other thing you have to take into account is that Adsense is Pacific time whereas your Analytics was probably set up for your own local time. Even taking that into consideration the values are still off, but a lot better than initially. Not quite ready for prime time!!
