Blog Help - An Established PR1 Blog For Sale

    Hey everyone, I am looking to sell a blog that I setup at the end of November. The site is devoted to blogging and already has some content on it. It is currently a Pagerank 1 and ranks around 500,000 in Alexa.

    The blog theme was customized by myself to make it look unique. This alone makes the blog a great value since I normally charge a fair price for blog designs. I will also include the rights to use the eBook I wrote to give away to newsletter subscribers.

    The blog received over 800 visitors in January and 500 in December. It has already been indexed in the search engines and has some backlinks. About 18% of the traffic comes from Google, the rest people referrals and direct traffic. It would be a great place to start if you are looking to work with an existing blog.
