I'm here today to sell you my website + forum (http://fmdiscussion.com/forums. Let me tell you a little about the website first before I go into detail about the features and such.

FMD started in December 2007 looking just to start a community and not gain profit or anything like that, the community then began to grow bigger and bigger even through set backs such as corrupt databases and stuff we still grew and we are now an established forum with over 140,000 posts + and 3,300 members and we have also managed to become an official affiliate with http://sportsinteractive.com and be on their video game.

The domain is also a PR5.

The forum talks about the game Football Manager, however, also concentrates on the topic football (soccer). The community has never really been monetized, however, I have done my best with the SEO side of things.

The whole member database and all the content on the site. I will also throw in an extra COMMUNITYSEO which is a very helpful program and has helped FMD greatly in getting more guests and such.

The site really could make more profit with google ads and traffic, however, I have mainly used word of mouth and some SEO to get traffic. However, we do get minimal traffic and little revenue. In a few months FMD has made roughly ($40-50) screenshot available if needed.

If you do that it's fine, I don't know why it does it for forums. Maybe if you remove the mainsite and put the forums back to the main domain it'll be better anyway.
