The site has a paid 12-month ($3000) Top 10 listing at Proxy.org which brings it ~5000 visitors a day. As of Jan 8th I'm redirecting any traffic not from US, Canada, UK plus 6 other countries to another site of mine, earthaday,com. This 12 month Proxy.org listing ends in August and is included with this sale. ZeroLike is a leading proxy website that enables visitors to bypass network restrictions that limit their web surfing capabilities. The site runs on a licensed copy (license included with sale) v1.0 of the Glype proxy software. Below are Google Analytics screenshots for the site

REVENUE

Currently only monetized with eBay Partner Network. I used to have Adsense on it, Adbrite, Adversal pop-ups, Linkworth, AdEngage, WidgetBucks. I failed in monetizing this site and my other proxy sites, thus I'm getting out of the proxy business. Check my background here at DP. I've been buying and selling proxies for a year and a half.

You know what? I'll remove the GeoIP redirection right now so everyone can see and bid on the site.

What do you mean redirect the traffic? When will the bidding end. Lets say it ends at $200 will that include the proxy.org contract?

I use GeoIP to detect which country the user is from and then if they aren't from the US, Canada, UK or other english speaking countries, I 301 direct them to one of my other sites, earthaday.com. I've turned off this redirect for this sale.

The bidding will likely end on Friday. The sale includes everything in my previous thread. The proxy.org contract is tied to zerolike.com, so if the site sells then the contract is of course still in place.

I'm going to need more than $200 for a $3000 (originally) contract that will bring 3000-5000 guaranteed visitors to the site every single day.

I will use escrow.com for the transaction at my cost.

 

Rather than starting the bid with $50, why not start it with your reserve price?
This will saves a lot of time for both buyers and yours.

The value in this sale is the paid traffic from proxy.org which is in place until August 2009. It brings 3000-5000 visitors a day.

The site was never monetized well by me. It has made a few hundred dollars the past few months mainly from Adbrite and Adversal pop-ups. I don't have definitive proofs for all the revenue. That's ok. That's my problem. However, that does not detract from the value of the site and someone else's ability to monetize it properly with the traffic it gets.

You will have a much better chance getting a better price at site point. You are probably better off fixing the ads and just making a profit from that.

Proxy sites don't sell well at SitePoint. Plus, you're missing the point. I'm removing all proxy sites from my server. If this sale doesn't happen then I'll just be deleting them from my server this weekend.
