WTH: A simple OMS for my small business

I am hoping to find someone that can build a small OMS for my particular store. I had one made a couple years ago but it is unuseable because much of the coding is in spanish. I want to track:

-Customers (all data they have: email, phone, address, billing address...etc)
- Projects (Type, Artwork, Details, Time Tracking)
- Orders (All Orders Attached to a Customer)
- Finances (Cost, Payment, Invoice)

I just need to be able to have my employees login and use this with ease and I want to be able to pull reports. I don't really care if it's PHP/MySQL or what you are good at as long as it is secure and works. I am in the Philippines if it makes a difference and there are any local programmers here wanting to take the task. Please PM me if you are interested and have a price in mind.

Thanks I got it and I also wanted to add that this is not a design job. I want simple forms and reports only. I don't care if its pretty. I just want it to work. Thanks for the PMs already!
