Hello, I have a site that I have made few months ago, It have quite backlinks that I have build at the time of making the site. Its ranking 2nd in google for the main keyword.

I am making around $5/day from this site.

I want some money to start my new project and I want to sell this site.

    BIN price: $1,500

I have calculated my BIN price according to the guide I found online that is 10 months earnings
    5 x 30 = 150
    150 x 10 = 1500

This site been making atleast $5 from the start, I have made more than $1000+ since I have started the site months ago.The earnings will never stop till years to come.

Sometimes is better to take a sure deal ... although is not what you expected ... then a theoretical beautiful situation.
