Massive Relative Weight Gain

I have a few sites running the Co-op and like many I revalidate on a daily basis. Upon revalidating my PR0 blog, the weight jumped from under 1K to over 7K. Wonder if this is:

• A bug (doubtful but even Shawn is fallible)
• A PR change (not on any data centre that I have seen)
• More Pages (yes 3 more at last count )
• An algorithm change

I'm running out of ideas, but I'm not complaining. Anybody else seen this sort of behaviour.

Hmmm maybe there is a bug or an update in progress as the back link tracker is showing some of my more dormant and new domains as having a page rank of 8, which is nice even if not so true

 

One of my sites just doubled.

No change in pages or PR (according to the keyword tracking tool).

I've had a lot of weight fluctuations since Feb and I'm assuming that this is temporary but I'll take it while its there.

My weight nearly doubled as well.

 

One of my websites went from 64 weight to 520 weight overnight.

Yep, I just doubled. Quite substantial, might I add.

I think Shawn's random number generator for weight calculations has a bug in it

 

I gained more weight than Oprah at a 4th of July party. Someone took the coop off the Jenny Craig program.

So this is what it's like to double in the stock market

 

I have a feeling this maybe a short lived party, I dare not revalidate now. Lets ride the wave until we fall off .

 

If it happened for all of us, and it seems to have, the balance will be the same as before. just based on higher numbers, but propotional.

 

That's what I was thinking.

Weight gain? What are you talking about?

 

But is it a standard amount? I mean, several people say thattheir weight has doubled. I have a few sites that got 5 or 6 times more weight now, it didn't just double.

 

I've had a double plus a bit and another 700% gain, so no idea what is happening. Maybe we are seeing the first Co-op dance.

 

Only thing I can think about is a PR update...

I just got a huge leap (good for me and fryman ) from a teeennnyyy 122 to a still teeny but bit better 979

 

I used the seochat future PR tool and didn't see any changes on any of the sites I looked at, but who knows????

I more than doubled too, but I just recalculated now and it looks like my weight just went back down again.
