    It looks very much like a scam and for sure nothing I would pay a single dollar for.... but if you are interested in USA bank account and they offer a e-book, go for it - lol

    One, run away from any website, especially one in the financial industry that has a pop up on the home page.

    Two, right from the home page:
    It sounds like you are not buying a bank account but something to show you how to get a bank account with some bank (that has 24 branches) in the United States. Getting a United States Bank Account - is a little bit of what I have learned in the past. They might have changed in the past few months of this financial crisis, but chances are they have not.

    As said already they only give you an e-book and in that there will information on how to open ban account in US.But there are really better websites for helping you get a real bank account in US banks.
