seo = data entry job ... is the equation right??

i think it is 99% right..........

because most SEO do only link building (submit form), directory submision and more ..........

SEOs are daily filling more than 100 forms on the various directory and search engines on the web so it is only data entry...

what is your opinion?

Dear 'unna' as the saying goes, "Little knowledge is dangerous", same is the case with you.it is very unfortunate that u know only a percent of SEO process. if you are working somewhere, i will sincerely advice you to seriously involve in the exhaustive study of SEO.
SEO is not an easy thing nor it is so simple as it seems.

I think "unna" you are working as a data entry job where you are filling forms and submitting it to the post and gave it a term seo. So it may be seo for you but not for us. IT is simple for you.

yes Unna there aren't many things u haven't listed here. i think u r an amateur as you have mentioned "directory submission and SE submission". can i have a look at some or even one website for which you have done SEO. or i guess you are trying to know something more from us by instigating us .u r behaving like a kiddo

There is more to SEO !!!!

There are a lot of analysis involved with it..

Ppl who are only submitting articles to directories, link exchange (without understanding how search engine works) will say this statement!!

In many respects the thread starter is correct, a big part of SEO is dog work, gaining links, submitting to directories, blogs etc.. but there is much more to SEO than just submitting your web site over and over.. You need to think of the ranking process, work out how the search engine is working. You need to study competitors web sites and a whole range of other tasks to become successful, but in general submitting, adding and generally spending hours gaining links and exposure is very very important.
