We want to sell our website, _SignOffers_DOT_Com_
It has about 1,200 members and counting, Operates since May 07.

In the first months it made couple of thousands of dollars but it got decreased over the time due to no promotion from our side.

Is is powered by a unique script that TGS developed. We are planning to sell this script, so take that in mind. - However, SO has it's own uniqueness because it uses a custom admin & user interface, that are diffrent from the script we are selling, though both are powered by the same lines of code, etc.

We don't have a price in mind but do know that there is a huge demand for such websites & scripts, and the market is starting to be saturated.

Site ranks nicely on search engines but not enough to receive any significant traffic.

The site is in business for a very long time to leave a reputation, we are looking for serious offers right now, we are definitely not in a rush to sell it.

"almost 2 years" - how long in months - define "significant traffic"

 

Traffic was 100 a day, back in the days, now 20-30 visits a day.
In may 09, it will be 2 years.
CashCrate.com & TreasureTrooper.com has about 1-2k visits a day, I checked this information with Google Ad Planner.

there are too much months to show but i will show some of the best months we had, we also have the earnings across many networks, which include in the photo is CPA Empire (now affiliate.com), CJ.com and CPA Storm, we use now about 5 networks but you can use as many as you like:




what you see here are earnings from diffrent networks across multiple months, on cj it's 2 months earnings, some months were active, some not but the traffic wasn't great and it was max 100 visits a day if i recall, so that's a good return i would say.

we are really looking for some one who can take the wheel while we will supply possible future upgrades to the site as part of the script development.
