OP. No offense, but your post is a little tricky. You only pay for LIVE ads and I will have to replace 'ghosted, non-flagged' ads. In addition, please define how long the ad has to stay LIVE for. Its impossible to stick forever, judging on the high volume of competitors on craigslist now.
