    Due to some family health issues, I've got to sell one of my premier sites.

    - Valid Google Pagerank 5! (Just climbed from 4 to 5)
    - Google page 1-2 rank for "web hosting ratings" out of 502,000 results!
    - Google page 2 rank for "web hosting reviews" out of 5,840,000 results!
    - 164 pages indexed in Google!
    - 217 pages indexed in Yahoo!

    This domain was originally registered in 2000 and is 8 years old!

    Regular monthly income!

    This website makes a pretty decent amount of money each month. I usually average between $500-$800 per month. 95% of the income is from Commission Junction referrals and about 5% of the income is from the few text ads I sell at the bottom right of the homepage.

    The domain is registered at Godaddy and paid up all the way until 2011!
    The website is hosted with HostGator Baby plan and is paid up until July 2009.


    Upon payment, I will push the domain to your Godaddy account and give you cPanel login information so you'll have access to the site right away. You can give me all your information and I will contact Hostgator to get the hosting plan switched to your name unless you want to move it to your own host.

    I dont know much else to say about this site except that Im looking for a quick sale because I need the money badly for some family medical bills, and its an instant money maker for you.

    To be generous, Im looking for about two month's minimal income for the buy it now price, so Ill put the site up for sale for a BIN of $850. If you have any other offers, you can PM those to me and Ill look over them.

    Looks like this guy is scamming as I sent off an email to the whois contact for the site and the site is not for sale apparently this has happened twice already accordinf to the real owner.

    So buyer beware dealing with this guy above.
