Football Gift Dropship Site

A fantastic oppotunity to own your own Dropshipping site. This site has masses of potential selling football gifts and memrobilia.

Since this is a dropship site you dont even need to hold the stock, you simply go to the suppliers website and order the item and get it shipped directly to your customer - After the customer has bought the item. You then keep the profit. Approx. profit per sale is $20+.

The Site itself is a custom built oscommerce site packed with of additional modules including a direct feed to google base.

Not only do you have to sell the products on the site you could also increase your profit by selling on ebay and amazon.

The reason i am selling is that I do not have the time to run this store along with all my other projects.

    Included in the sale is:

The domain name - registered with godaddy
    The site
Details of the dropshipper (Note: they charge a one off £50 GBP membership fee)
1 months free hosting and support in running the store + advise on how to promote it and make it successfull.

    URL: http://www.footballsouvenirstore.com

    Starting Bid: $100
    BIN: $2000

I like the site but need a few answers:

    1. How do you update the site with products? Is there a feed from the drop shipper with products and do they get updated automatically in the database or does it have to be done manually?
    2. Have you sold anything so far?
    3. What is is the situation on goods returned? Are they returned to you or to dropshipper?
    4. How do you place the order with the dropshipper is it transmitted accross automatically or do u have to do it manually?

I would like to see stats, referrals and any information you can provide to support the sale.

    PM sent.

    1. The dropshipper currently does not have a feed therefore you have to do it manually. This does not take long as you can down load a file from them and upload to the store using easy populate.

    2. There has been some sales, but due to not having time to process the orders I have disabled the payment gateway.

    3. Goods are returned to the dropshipper.

    4. Orders are placed by logging onto the dropshippers website.

The site went live in sept 2008, although i purchased the domain a few months prior. When i purchased the domain i registered it for 10 years and therefore does not need to be renewed till 2018. The site is currently a google pr3.

a $2000 BIN is ridiculous for a site that isn't making any sales. I will bid $150.

Markup typically 40% this can be adjusted to what ever you like but obviously if too high then ppl wont buy.

The BIN is perfectly reasonable considering the hours of coding to create a bespoke ecommerce store and the hours of seo work.

"The BIN is perfectly reasonable considering the hours of coding to create a bespoke ecommerce store and the hours of seo work." You are selling the WORK you put into it not the VALUE you have created for the website. Sorry to say they very rarely equal each other.

Good Luck with the sale anyway.

how much did the hours of SEo cost? what did you have done, and what was the effect on the site in terms of traffic?

Will the new owner need to continue to pay someone to maintain the SEO, or is it holding it's own now?

if the hours of SEO hasn't paid off in sales, then the hours of SEO didn't work and shouldn't be included in the price. just our honest appraisals man, you can leave the BIN at $2000, you just will never get it. gotta sell things at what the market will pay

Hours of link building and article submissions done by myself.

As for the BIN this is based on the market price of a bespoke ecommerce store without the products added and the additional link building.
