Purchase Already Owned Domain

Hi all, just a quick question,

I am considering making an offer for a domain someone already owns. I've visited some sites that have this service, and I don't mind the minimum offer amounts that they have. What I don't want to do is pay a fee just to be able to make an offer (that will probably be turned down).

Do you know of any good places to make offers for domain names already taken? Do all places have this fee just to make an offer? If so if there's a cheaper one that obviously wouldn't be too bad.

You can book the domain in advance also.
They charge normally double the price

 

Try to contact the owner of the domain. You can get the info from Whois.

 

Get contact with the owner first. This can save you some time.

 

well, if you are not sure what to do and have never done this i'd suggest you go out and get a professional broker from sedo[.com] try and get the job done for you for a minimal fee.
