Hi all! This is my first post here. I want to ask which is better, earns more money and attreact more visitors (considering the topic to be same)- a blogger blog or a vbulletin forum ?
cant say I tested both and honestly didnt noticed difference ... important its the content and the ads placement ...
see i have a vbulletin forum and a blogger blog . both are on warez theme. i am confused which one to keep. i am not able to advertise anyone of those. so i need some help
In terms of adsense revenue, blogger or any blog site performs better than a forum site. I am speaking from a personal experience. Maybe others have a different revenue performance.
I'm not sure which one aims for more profit but I'm sure they both have their earning potential. Blogging is more easier to work with in my opinion.
depends on the niche, the content and how frequent content is published...oh...and fresh traffic every day.
i update both daily and now i am not having any ads on either blog or forum as they are new and i dont want to annow my visitors.
Actually it really differs according to you, if your forum has traffic that means more user interaction, unless you already has an active blog, Cant give a straight answer unless i know the state of both
I personally wouldn't compare them, a script and type of site wont define how well you do, its simply not like that.
how to monitise without ads? interesting question! Add shopping cart sell gears or copouns of other products. But in case of warez sites its highly unlikely. So may be you can have contests and prizes, affiliate with PC magazine/ subscriptions... etc...
