Ok.. I bought this VPS a week ago.. and now have no use of it. My original intention was to resell the space on this as shared hosting, but I guess I am just not ready for the hosting business yet (need to learn quite a bit about promoting web hosting).

So.. I am giving it up (transferring it) to whoever wins the auction.

The VPS I have is cPanel Professional VPS. On their order page, this VPS costs $62 a month with the included 100GB HDD. I managed to get their promotion VPS and had 50GB extra added while ordering.

Also, the 'transfer' is basically going to be a change of details. Mine will be changed to yours, and you'll be given the access details to the client area of the host (resellerways)... then you can change those.. and manage and use the VPS.

Any and all accounts will be moved away from this VPS to another.. and you'll get it as brand spanking new as it was when I got it

That I am not sure of. But I believe semi-managed would suit it better. Since support tickets are replied to in a timely manner and the person behind it does not charge for helping out with stuff

EDIT: Yes. It is managed. Their VPS page says so... and I bought the exact same service.. just at a lower price during their promotion period.

I am going to assume yes. The USA allows hosting anything that is legal. So, I don't really see why legal adult hosting would not be possible.

The assumption of yes is i am afraid not a positive yes and that is the bit that worries me at this stage.If you can confirm i would still be interested.
