I am having the worst time ever trying to make my web interface email my customers their password in case they forgot it. I have checked and verified the following, and this is why I'm at a total loss as to why it's not working: 1) Specify a Password Retrieval letter (making sure it exists too) 2) Web Interface setup under other: Customer Password Retrieval Allowed (yes) 3) Override email address under customer info tab is set to the same email address as the users main email (making sure it has a valid email address) Example: (Slave Account) Login: testnotvalid@power-net.net ZIP : 48858 Results: Please correct the following errors: Sorry, no match was found. (Slave Test) Login: testnotvalid ZIP : 48858 Results: Please correct the following errors: Sorry, no match was found. (Individual Account) Login: paladino@power-net.net ZIP : 48875 Results: Please correct the following errors: Sorry, no match was found. (Individual Account) Login: paladino ZIP : 48855 Results: Please correct the following errors: Sorry, no match was found. Any an all help would be very much appreciated. I am on OptiGold version 3.3.2. It was recommended to me to check the zip code field, but I don't know what the issue could be here. They are all four digit zips...is it possible that the field could have been modified at some point in time? HELP! Thanks, Don Paladino MCSA, MCP, A+CP, N+CP Asst. There was an issue where if the login had an @ in it, it was failing. It's been fixed for the 3.3.4 version, which should be out shortly.
