    Well i know axill allows incentive and search google for aladdin ads

    I use Adbrite/BlackLabelAds, have used etology (crap). AdultAdWorld (decent but have popups)...

    Adbrite gives me $1.30-2.5 per 1000 unique visitors (through full page adverts)...
