Ya those tiny pictures are individually clickable. I Dont know which click count as ads click.

I have seen such ads few times . Everything depends on promoters, which kind of add they want to promote and what is the budget for that .

That's pretty cool, it's hard to tell it's even an ad. I bet a lot of people click those. Haven't seen any yet though, thanks for sharing.

its actually a regular image ad, but made to look that
way by the advertiser. all areas are clickable just like all image ads.
