Since I know a lot of you have trouble finding good places to build links, I have been working on a link building guide for the last year or so and I have received a lot of good thanks from it, and I thought I would help those of you who have not seen it yet by giving you a quick summary of a few of the many link building posts that are on it.

    == My Blog ==
    CollinLaHay.com

== My Link Building Guide ==
    Link Building Cookbook

====== A few good posts to get you started ======
    Wiki pages that allow links
    --- Aboutus.org
    --- MyWikiBiz.com

Any easy link and all you need is a custom logo for your site:
    LogoPallet

For those of you who have ebooks
    Link Building with Ebooks

For those of you with blogs:
Turn your posts into podcasts, and those into links

Turn your posts into widgets, and those into links

Build links from your RSS feeds

These 7 posts should get you started on building an insane amount of powerful links in a shorter amount of time. If these tips helped you, I highly recommend checking out the other 50 link building techniques found in the Link Building Cookbook.

If you want to get more link building posts when I write them, I would love for you to subscribe to my RSS feed, or even get my blog posts sent to you by email.

This forum helped me out when I first started making websites, so I gladly try and return the favor!

Looked over a couple of the posts and bookmarked for later.

An excellent guide in my opinion, Full of info and useful stuff that many either would look over, or not know about.

Will give it a full read over the next couple of days and start implementing it into my link building campaigns for the future.

    Great share,

    Thanks
    Dan

Indeed great and very useful post. I'm having doubts, though , on using RSS for backlinks. Maybe you can enlighten me on this.

RSS creates duplicate contents and Google hates duplicates. One zimbio.com user lost page ranking when he auto promoted his blog using RSS. He managed to regain PR when he turned the RSS auto promotion off.

I'm really not sure, but this raises a lot of questions in my mind.

Great stuff. I'm starting to realise the joys of 3rd party widgets in getting links. Services such as Netvibes, PageFlakes, etc.
