    A Web Development Self-Hosted Blog - It has a PR1 and great unique content. I just don't have the time to update it, and it's just been sitting there for a few months. However, in that time it's accumulated a few back links on its own :p

    Earnings - $10.30 in the month of June/July but then when content stopped, so did Adsense.
    Traffic - 3,608 Unique Visits since launch on June 25th 2008. After a month it went inactive but constantly getting 10-20 UVs/day without any new content

    Great potential had a peak-period of 250-300UVs/day for about 3 weeks. Then I had to stop blogging.

    BIN - $200 or PM Offer because the sites just lying there. Moneys not an issue, rather have someone work on it than just stay dead. I won't reject a reasonable price ;)
