    I have started the the blog using Wordpress and some useful wordpress plugins. Some of the contents/articles are unique and some are collected and modified from PLR articles. I have submitted the site to some web directories and created many backlinks through social bookmarking, forum posting and blog commenting. Right now it has some strong PR4/5 backlinks and a good number of backlinks in total.

    This site was accepted by TLA network and made 12.33 in the past month. I have added Google Adsense and some affiliate links also. You can easily monetize the blog using a wonderful wordpress plugin that helped me a lot. This site can make decent amount of money every month just by selling text links ads and affiliate links.


    The reason I am selling the site is I already have a lot of blogs and can't manage them all properly. Already sold a few blogs here at DP and trying to keep myself in a good position to manage my other sites :D

    I'm looking at the backlinks you have, some of them don't look natural at all and are part of your own network - are these links staying in place once the site is sold? If so, for how long?

    Yes a few good backlinks are from my other sites and blogs and they are going to stay. and for as long as this blog is alive or I maintain those sites for sure. You can check that i sold another site from my network and still the link is not removed because these are established good backlinks and i dont want the buyer to loose them. When I am selling this site to someone doesn't mean i have no more responsiblity for it after its sold and I hope the buyer will act the way I am.
