Football/Soccer Site for sale

Im looking to sell FootballUnleashed.com

The site is just under 1 year old. The reason for selling is due to lack of time to update it. When i was updating it on a daily basis or at the least 3-4 times a week traffic rocketed which will see you from the stats below.

Traffic comes from various sources with the majority coming from Google for terms relating to live scores and Italian football, however it does get traffic for English, Spanish and world football.

Revenue varies greatly depending on traffic (as you would assume i suppose). For the last few months it has been earning $15+ a month just ticking over. When i was updating the site and you can see traffic at 10,000-20,000 uniques a month it was earning around $70 a month.

The forum was custom skinned by me to fit in with the main site theme. It runs on wordpress and also has a custom mod which makes it easier to add photos to the front page.

I do have a reserve in mind of $350.

what is the revenue source?
is it blocked from adsense?

 

Income was from link sales, banner sales, adsense and ttz media.

The site is not banned from adsense, i just choose not to use it as i prefer to receive the money upfront rather than wait x number of months for $100.
