My site got hacked by some jerk islamic terrorist group I think. I am pretty sure they just redirected my site, but how do I fix this? I hope to god i still have my links...
Of course you have your links! After all, you make regular backups of your database, right? PLEASE, tell me you made a backup...
Lol my site got hacked by some idiot that hates president bush. Good thing I pay extra for my host to make daily back ups. That does not fix the fact that he attacked there servers . There bringing in new ones tho.
Not just your site , your host has been hacked. (Get a better host in future) Read this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=113644
Agreed with the previous poster. If some snot-nosed 12 yr old geek can hack your host, then you are using the wrong host!
Lol yaaaa, maybe, maybe not. EDIT: seems like same guy did multiple sites. Or these idiots just keep suddenly having a message to say. Dont know why they do that shit.
Well, assuming everything is right at your host, all you need to is re-install PHPLD. Then upload you template files (assuming you have them backups somewhere) and then re-install your database (again assuming you had a backup somewhere other than on your host). That's pretty much it. Then you should be back online. P.S. If you host was attacked though, I would strongly urge you to move to a better host!
First thing Contact your host. Ask them about the exact situation and whether they have a backup. No use setting up the site again, if you are going to be hacked again tomorrow.
What's to say the *Next Host Won't Get Hacked???*... If the got to his site through the first "Hosts Computers" I think they can get through the next..
