Why are you selling this business?

 

Well I am only going to offer it until the 24th (Approximately 2 days), the reason is because I would like to have a little more money to share with my family this year in gifts.

I ended up coming a little short on what I had planned for everyone, and so if I can get this sold before or by the 24th, then I could pick up a few more extra presents for them.

Otherwise, if it does not sell by then, I will just keep the business and develop the product and a complete website on my own.

You said in your other thread that you were going to be making a audio guide giving away the technique that your using with this method FOR AROUND $200, isn't that going to leave the new owner of your site competing with your audio guide on the technique?

I have not published or fully produced the audio guide yet. The new owner will get everything for the complete business. All rights included, so I will also be giving up the right to produce the audio guide. I will even give the new owner the parts of the audio guide which I already completed.

I can also develop an entire website with sales page and the actual product itself which could be an audio guide, ebook, or a video. This would of course be an extra cost if the new owner of the business wanted me to develop the product for them.

 

How much time does it take you to complete each $20 order?

 

I have managed to get it down to about 10 minutes per order, unless the competition is slightly higher.
