These lists are quite useless Adsense pays well for high quality, converting traffic. So, the key is to build quality sites that naturally attract visitors - do not buy low quality traffic - your earnings will go down and you risk the account being terminated.

Yep DUI and Laywers pay huge. Its best to have a separate site targeted for each specific keyword. I personally wouldn't try to implement DUI and DWI on a cell phone site or something.

The ads are not automatic. It is like a lottery system. The more impressions you get, the greater the chances are that the bigger ones will come in.

You should just target keywords or keyphrases that your blogs/sites share a relevance with. The competition for these high paying keywords will be huge and what's the point in discussing topics that you may not have much knowledge or interest in.

Oh its real john. I havent gone that high yet and it is not automatic that we will see or know when we grab that one based on geography..but it is real.

I got 1 $29.83 click from the list of the 500 top keywords listed on my page
