[WTS] Premium Gaming Blog + 100% Unique Content (Screenshots Inside)

I'll get straight to the itty-gritty of the situation, recently (1 month ago) I started an experiment site called MGTGamer and it was dedicated for the latest gaming hype, news and trailers. IMHO, I thought it was a success but it wasn't really my true passion, don't get me wrong - I love gaming, but I love my SEO/WEb Developer work even more!

So, to start my SEO website, I need money obviously - and I have no choice but to sell MGTG. I thought long and hard for about 3 days now, and finally decided to go through with this, I hope the new buyer will take much care with this site, as I have.

Since it's been up only for 10 days, and the PR update happened 3 days after it was launched, it has a PR0. However, I've worked lot on backlinking and should get atleast PR2 after the next update. Yahoo Site Explorer shows 232 Inlinks.

Hmm, well I didn't have a BIN in mind but since alot of people have been requesting it...

I'm not sure, the initial plan was for highest bidder takes it

I have no clue what the BIN Price would be, how about $300?
I'm not sure if thats the right figure, but I saw a similar site + similar stats being bought for $350 on SitePoint Marketplace, so I think it's fair

I've posted the guessworked BIN before @ $300.

Please read that post, because I'm not sure if that's an acceptable price. The only reasoning behind that price tag is the time and effort I spent on the website and also how a similar site was sold for $350 @ SitePoint.

If you want to suggest a BIN, I'd be more than happy to consider it

but initially it was meant to be Mega Giga Terra Gamer, but it was never used. It always went as MGTGamer or MGTG so no search or piece of information you will find (other than this post) will say that.

It was just in my head and no where else, but it sounded cool M-G-T! so I guess no one bothered to ask about the fullname
