Scam?

    i just got this e-mail this morning..... is it a scam or what

    Yeah they are trying to have you pay for a fake & overpriced appraisal after they offer double your asking price.

    Do this,

    1. Tell them okay, but you need to have them pay for HALF the appraisal.
    2. Send them an invoice through paypal for a SERVICE.
    3. Details on the invoice should say: Domain Appraisal Service
    4. If the pay, just ignore their emails and move on ;)

    Once they try to charge it back, simply tell paypal you delivered the service and they are trying to scam you out of your money.

    Its a physiologic scam tactic.
    They will firstly lure you to believe that they will buy your domain for $xx price.
    Then they will ask you to buy some appraise service from then so that your domain price will be in more high price in range $xxx
