I can't give an exact range for keywords.... There isn't just 1 determination on how competitive a keyword is. If I told you all keywords only with XX,XXX amount of search results, then that wouldn't be true, because some keywords have alot of results but low competition.

So instead just post or PM your keywords, just try to keep them low-mid competition, nothing outrageous.

Here are examples.....

"XXX XXX XXX" = OK
"XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX" = OK

"XXX XXX" = Outrageou


Just send me your keyword, i'll evaluate it, if its too high then ill offer alternatives, or send me your URL and I will choose a good one for you.

I already replied to this first question above, the second one in the paragraph is a little complicated. The listings will be on page 1 until Google decides to change that, I cannot say since I don't control google.

No examples of landing pages are available because that would partly reveal some of the methods used for this service, which I explained in the original post that I am not willing to do at the moment.
