I lost my usage

    I can see usage on all our workstations except 1. I can't see any customer's usage on this particular machine. It used to see it but I don't know what happened. I tried reinstall, reboot but no avail. Please help.

    P.S. I did at one stage replace the usage.fp5 file on the server with the original usage.fp5 file and re-import all usage again. Could this be the cause. If so I can't understand why only this machine has the prob.

    Do you have more than one Usage_.fp5 on any of your machines (especially the machine you are having the problem on)? It should only be on your database server only.
