    Think PR has had its day? That it's pretty useless for SEO? So do I. But I still want to buy... so get rid of your high PR sites now.

    hmmm well how bout this..........I have a site with a alexa ranking of under 45,000, it gets over 130,000unique visitors a month, and is a page rank 4, and, has a member base of over 30,000!! this site is 4 years old and certainly NOT a cheap site, all custom built script, php based and this site gets sales daily some times several a day.I might not even sell it , I can tell you I will not even consider anything less than 25,000 for this as its among the top ten sites in its field, it is internet related and not porn, gambling or illegal, my site has a EXCELLENT reputation in many forums as well as many viral listings on google,yahoo, msn, all the web,and about 66 other big search engines...

    Have a website that is PR6, some inner pages are PR6 too, several thousand pages indexed, and all natural links. Site is PR6 since last 1+ year of PR updates. The price tag is 18k USD. Very strong PR6, and a very high potential for a PR7.

    It's not a money making website. It's about a free PHP Script we offer, and if people use it, they have to maintain the link back to us, or pay $75 for copyright link removal. We get a couple requests every month for copyright removal, but nothing consistent.
