    The site for sale is http://www.doggydevotion.com. Pet Niche sites are consistently strong and people visiting them aren’t afraid to pay for quality products. I’m selling this site simply because I don’t have enough time to maintain and promote it.

    Design

    -DoggyDevotion uses a professional looking, “magazine” style wordpress theme.

    -The site features a clean interface and is very easy for users to navigate.

    -The logo is custom made for this site. It’s modern and glossy, fitting the Web 2.0 design.

    Content

    -Content is 100% unique, written by myself. The articles are based on the most searched for topics in dog forums across the web. All content is written in a light, easy to read style.

    -The site comes with 10 articles of 300-400 words each. There are various categories. I focused mostly on the “Training” category as this is where a lot of the money is.

    Domain

    -DoggyDevotion.com is a highly brandable domain name. It’s two words and the double D’s make it very memorable.

    -It’s not specific to any one “sub niche”. You could add posts about anything dog related and the domain name would still be very strong. A few ideas – Dog toys (great for Christmas!), dog parks, dog breeds, dog health etc…

    Monetization

    -Monetized with AdSense. Dog training ads generally have a high cost/click price. Ads are visible but blend with the design and content.

    -Product category featuring “unbiased” reviews of a couple of dog training products. Affiliate programs are available for products reviewed through the likes of clickbank and shareasale. Simply change the link at the bottom of the review to your affiliate link.

    DoggyDevotion.com is a month old. I’ve done no promotion whatsoever. Assume no traffic and thus, no revenue.
