Reason For Selling:

I have some taxes that I have to pay URGENTLY and frankly, I have not given the attention that I wanted to the site. Someone who can take it over and maybe panel beat it a bit, and promote it more can make quite a nice income from this one. I am not in the habit of selling websites as I keep most of them, but I need some cash for the taxman so hence my reason for selling.

I will throw in www.hybridcarsnow.com as a bonus for the winner. Same story, I do not have the time to promote the site properly. It has 350 pages indexed, with static pages on the front end and auto updating blog on the backend. It has earned $11.74 in adsense since December 2007.

sorry but most domain apprasial are a load I have had domains for as much as a hundred k there is no way I would get that on an auction though

check the other threads on dp if your after $650 for a site like this I would suggest trying elsewhere unless you get lucky and a newbie buys it

The site was registered in May 2008, it was under development for quite a while (2 -3 months) and was only finished 12th of August 2008. So it has only been earning since 12th of August.

The site still needs some work yes, but it has a strong foundation and making money without ZERO promotion.

So with a little bit of work and some linking (of which I will let my link builder assist you with for one day a month for 6 months (I.e 6 x 8 hr days) it is one heck of a bargain for the right person.

Just the content and template was over $350... And hey! I am negotiable!
