The website has a PageRank of 3 and is getting massive ORGANIC traffic : around 3000-4000 visitors DAILY - just via MSN Search. It has some TOP KEYWORDS the traffic is coming from, and it has been stable for the last 3 years.

I am not ranked well in Google, so if you do good SEO for Google, i think the website can hit over 2000 USD per month.

The website is online for over 3 years and every month, it has been making something around 900 USD - 1400 USD monthly.

In month of October, the website has made 1000 USD
In month of Novemeber, the website has made 1100 USD

I didnt do any more optimization for the website. There is NO WORK involved as it runs on Auto Pilot.

I am selling the site because i lost some money on the stock market and need money. Otherwise, this is my baby site and it is bringing me MONTHLY over 1000 USD.

i checked the links and they are all working.
The only thing is that it is in german as i live in germany, but i guess professionals know what the numbers are standing for.

Regarding the search terms, due to the nature of such a sale, only the buyer will get to know the keywords.
The traffic comes from various keywords.

ur adsense stats shows that it has 25300 clicks from about 95000 impressions.........thats like a freakin 26% ctr........are u sure ur not doing anything against the adsense policies ?

no, there is nothing against the Google policies.
In fact, most of the visitors click on the blue link ads from Google, because they dont know that it is advertisment.

Also, because they are using MSN Search, they are not familiar to Google Ads in generell.

The high CTR ist constant for over a year and google pays out monthly.

i got a recommendation to use maxbounty affiliate marketing, which is CPA based.
I noticed a lot of people visiting this website are looking for a place to enter their emailadress.
So i inserted it just 10 hours ago, and since then, it has made me 26,60 USD. I couldnt believe my eyes !
With this, it could easy make about 60-70 USD daily !!

thanks for your bid, but as stated above, the minimum bid is 25,000 USD
The Buy It Now price is 32000 USD - for a limited time.

The highest offer i got via PM was 22,000 USD but i could not accept it.

As i said, i integrated a offer from MaxBounty and it already made me 43 USD since then - and there is still 7 hours for the day to "finish", so i guess it will end up at 60 USD.
With this being said, i believe without any more optimisation, the website will make around 2000 USD every month as the traffic is constant.

So just calculate : 32000 / 2000 USD monthly = 16 months

Even with 1000 USD monthly, this website is still the best investment today.

I understand, that Digitalpoint is not the best way to sell such high valuable website as most of the deals are less than 2000 USD here, and most of the people still calculate with 10x monthly revenue etc. Of course, there are all this image hosting, spam website, PPC websites, proxy, blogs etc where this is maybe true. this website is bringing CONSTANT traffic for years - i cannot say that to often, so you have to see it as a bigger investment.

Ah, sorry I missed that. I don't believe it will raise that minimum in a public auction here or in SP. If you did indeed have an offer of $22K and it was serious you should have taken it. I'll keep a lookout in SP for your thread.

$2,000 per month is not the proven, historical profit level so it's not something a sensible buyer would use as a sustainable profit flow.
