The site features a list of public proxy servers gathered from several sources. It can be configured to add more sources as you see fit. Right now it retrieves them from several web pages.

It also has a proxy page that runs phproxy which can either be removed or kept depending on how you wish to run the site.

It is a fairly new site and gets a few hits a day. It has made a few bucks the last month or two with adsense but nothing major to report. With a little traffic, there is no doubt this can be turned into a site making several bucks a day on up.
