why there is no banning for arab sites that violate copyright?

While surfing I found a lot of arab sites publishing adsesne on copyrighted content as movies and music albums and software
like as7apcool,jsoft, gulfson, sandros,swalif,... many many others .. now for a very long time 2 or 3 monthes
this is very discouraging for those who try hard not to violate any copyrighted content
now
Is it ok to publish arab movies and music albums with adsense?
Or it is just matter of time before the violating sites being banned

 

I'd expect it would be a matter of time till they are banned.

 

Internet is spreading widely in middle east more than us

As i said lot's of time: Google is getting dumber.

If one creates a ripoff site, 1k pages, doorways and cloakings included, one will cash lot's of money in 2-6 months, that is, untill someone reviews that piece of crap.

I warned google almost 3 years !!!! ago about some ripoff sites, 3 lines of text and lot's of ads, images near ads, you name, it; those sites are still alive.

Now i question: how can they be so stupid to ban publishers that never broke any rules, and at same time they keep those TOS breakers?

They are in Arabic, that is why.

Most of them also require some type of registration before viewing topics.

It's all down to thier country's internet laws. If they have no laws against copyright infringement, then nobody's gonna do anything about it.

It's unlikely Arab nations will impose new laws against copyright infringement and other internet related issues, becuase they are too busy dealing with violence, drug runnings, black marketing, religeous conflicts, and other things...

Put simply, they just don't have the time to deal with a problem like this.

Sad, but that's how it is.

The more publishers try to break the rules the stricter Google becomes on everybody else including those of us that are honest.

 

well give google some time and you will see very good action google love banning

 

Google doing something nice for arab sites that violating terms which is waiting until payment and BOOOOM , Banned from AdSense
I have seen this before many times
But about big Arabic site like swalif and other , They dealing with a big advertising company that putting ads in the forum or site for a few days and change it quickly
I remember that dvd4arab.com was doing that to
