This is one of the biggest travel collections to be offered for sale yet. Is the content unique?

 

Hi, yes the content is unique although there is still a lot of content needed to be added to many of them. This could just be as simple as adding some details on hotels or restaurants in the area.

Some sites have a style like this for example: http://www.birminghamtravel.info/

or this style template (which is the main style) which will all be included: http://www.tongatravel.info/
this one is an example of where I have built the site and just added a basic item for content which obviously needs more content.

Adding content into these word press blogs is very easy and it come with a very nice cms from Word press for adding content. I have a customized script which is included so RSS content can be as easy as inserting a link into the CMS and you have instant content. It is still a good idea to add unique content to each site as well as any rss scripts that can gather the latest news, affiliate products etc.

 

Wow, save, this is an incredible list and there is definitely value in it. On the other hand, there is a LOT - repeat A LOT - of work to be done by the buyer. Just changing out the adsense and other ads to the new owner's info. will be a huge chore.

On the third hand - - I must say that there is huge upside potential in this. You haven't mentioned why you did all of this work and now have decided not to continue...you must have thought it was great idea and now ... not so much. Comments?

Also, I'll assume there is revenue being generated from various sources, including adsense and whatever auctions you've got going on. Can you provide revenue and traffic stats?

Some sort of ballpark would be helpful as well. I/we have NO idea what you have in mind.

Very nice collection for sure, I would definitly be interested in this as I'm keen on getting into travel and this looks like a good package to get on the bandwagon. I'm curious on the price, I guess it is way over my budget, 10k. 100k????

Hi there, yes there is a little bit of time to change adsense for each wordpress ite using the cms although very easy in the cms interface but if the new owner is good at coding then there could be a way to automate it and it would take a day I guess to go through everyone.

There is a lot on for me now as I'm buying a property and plan to renovate it. I also have another 5-600 domains and many are undeveloped so I have a lot to do, passing this project on to someone who can concentrate on it would be more productive. I really need to scale back to only 200 websites at the most. I simply just don't have much time to do much and I took too much on. This project is already around 80% setup and I would suggest that the new owner uses the one template I made for every site and set them up ready to have content added daily and used as a blog so visitors can review hotels etc as well. That way most of the content will come from the visitors.
I keep thinking to myself to not sell them but common sense tells me I have way too much on.

I want to make it open for offers as a package. If I looked at what I have spent in money and labor costs I guess it would be roughly $5,000. So that is what it has cost me but I would be hoping to get something a lot better as I think the buyer has a great opportunity to have a great travel business that could be run from their laptop and most content would come from visitors eventually.
