Need Graphic Designer for ONE Page Design

    Hello Everyone,

    I need a small favor and of course it will be a paid favor. For my website (check my sig for the cell phone site) I need to design the front page. I came up with a rough schematic for what I wanted and put them in the attached file below. I need to have FOUR/FIVE drop down menus so far (I have shown three in the picture). And for the RSS feed, i need the news headline and couple of lines with it as well ( if can show the pic then it will be great)

    Please let me know your cost and idea about helping me finishing this task.
