So I want to run a completely digital contest (for instance, a gift card sent via email) and was wondering what, of any, legalities are tied to that. Do I need to make my address and phone number public? What information am I required to collect from people that enter? Could I just collect their email and name and be good? Do I need to limit it to only certain countries?
