    I have fantastic SERP's, with great keywords. Also forums with 160 registered members.

    Reason for selling is i've lost interest. I just graduated college and am now working full time. It seems like a waste to have it just sit there, I put a lot of time and effort into it. I've been told I should get 2x monthly revenue for it.

    The only thing i've spent on the site was 80$ for the wordpress template and hosting which is around 48$/yearly at godaddy. I havn't paid a lick for advertising, 89% of traffic comes from the search engines.
