Consumer Electronics Site For Sale - Rising Turnover and Traffic

I have a Blog for sale that is currently turning over in excess of $450 per month from a variety of income sources. The Blog can be found at Best Flat Screen TV and is powered by Wordpress.

The Blog is currently a PR23 though that can be improved upon, is easy to maintain (wordpress) and sitting around doing nothing but the odd post update will earn me over $4,000 in the next year.

Sensible bidders only will see all stats and verification.

Don't want to waste anyone's time but I can do one of two things with this blog. Either sell it for a sensible price or actually get off my butt and put some effort into it and triple the turnover. It has had the odd day in the past when turnover has exceeded $30 a day in advertising and with effort this could return.

The Blog benefits from the current adverse econimic climate whereby people are actually still buying electronic goods but now are doing much more research beforehand online and in most cases now actually buying online. Haven't set up any affiliate programms with it so those with a bit of experience with Amazon etc might find this could be a sitting fortune waiting to be tapped with the commissions.

The Blog has good serps in all three SE's and benefits from some very good backlinks and other promotion.

Why am I selling it? I've taken it about as far as I can without now some serious effort though this effort in the right areas could rake in serious benefits so if there are no serious bidders or buyers I might just do that.

well I look at it this way. With hardly any effort at all, this site is going to generate over $4,200 (and possibly more) for next year. The site is now over 14 months old and so we can see the effects of seasonal variations on the traffic. Yesterday alone the site took over $17 and this will rise (in fact it did considerably well last year) to quite in excess of this level so any buying at the cira $4K level is going to get this site at a considerable discounted premium (like about 30%) compared to actual projections turnoverwise for the next year.
